This Legal Disclaimer applies to your use of the Statute mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this Legal Disclaimer.
1. No Legal Advice
Statute provides legal reference information and local research tools. The App does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or professional legal services.
The App is not a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer, advocate, barrister, solicitor, legal consultant, or other qualified professional.
You should consult a licensed lawyer before taking, delaying, or avoiding any legal action.
2. No Lawyer-Client Relationship
Use of the App does not create a lawyer-client, advocate-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between you and Statute, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, or service providers.
Creating notes, saving bookmarks, reading legal content, using search, or relying on any App feature does not establish professional representation.
